How to get here


The shortest route to Syrrako through the central roadways begins from the Ioannina basin, at the village of Koutselio.

Visitors will arrive at Koutselio via the exit to Ioannina on the Egnatia highway if arriving from Thessaloniki or via the Pedini – Bafra – Koutselio route if arriving from Athens. The route is as follows: Koutselio – Tsimpovo Bridge – Petrovouni – Potistika – Palaiochori Syrrakou – Prosilio – Syrrako.

Arriving from the south, or from Athens, visitors can also access the village by traversing the Tzoumerka mountain range: Arta – Rodavgi – Plaka Bridge – Pramanta – Prosilio – Syrrako.

Visitors from Thessaly can, only in the summer months, access the village through the route: Kalampaka – Aspropotamos – Chaliki – Anthousa – Baros Passage – Kalarrytes – Prosilio – Syrrako

Alternative route from Thessaly: Pyli Trikalon – Stournareika – Athamanio – Pramanta – Prosilio – Syrrako.
